Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your DragMate. Here's how refunds work.
1. Before Your DragMate Is Delivered
DragMate is currently in early access, and orders are personalized and delivered by email within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you change your mind before your download link has been sent, contact us at [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. After Your DragMate Is Delivered
Because DragMate is a personalized digital product created specifically for you, we're generally unable to offer refunds once your download link has been delivered. If your DragMate isn't working as expected due to a technical issue on our end, contact us — we'll work with you to fix it, and will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if we can't.
3. Gift Purchases
For gifts, the same policy applies based on the buyer's purchase date. If a gift recipient hasn't yet uploaded their photo or received their download link, the buyer can request a full refund by contacting us.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
