• Photos you upload: used solely to personalize your DragMate character. Photos are stored securely and are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than creating your order.
• Gift order details: if you send DragMate as a gift, we collect the recipient's name, email, and any gift message you write, solely to deliver the gift.
• Basic technical data: standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your order and deliver your personalized DragMate.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and (if you're sending a gift) to notify the recipient.

3. How We Store Your Information

Order details and uploaded photos are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database and storage provider. Uploaded photos are kept in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate DragMate (such as Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us.

5. Data Retention

We retain order information and uploaded photos for as long as needed to fulfill your order and provide support. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).
